We remind you that it is mandatory (IATA RESO 830d) to insert the passenger's contact information in the bookings so that the company can contact them in case of operational irregularities. This measure allows the passenger access to relevant information to ensure better assistance, and these situations may occur outside your working hours. We also inform you that if lacking the passenger's contacts, the responsibility will be the issuer's.
Therefore, you should enter at least one of the following SSRs:
- CTCE - passenger's email address;
- CTM – passenger mobile contact;
- PCTC – emergency contact;
- CTCR – when the passenger refuses to provide his contact details to the airline.
