Considering the adverse weather conditions recorded in the Azores Archipelago over this weekend, which are causing several operational disruptions, we inform you that, on an exceptional basis, agencies may proceed directly with the reissuance of tickets with plate 737 and 331, under involuntary conditions.
This authorization applies exclusively on May 31 and June 1, 2026, and only after the passenger has been reaccommodated; prior contact with support services is not required.
In these cases, the following information must be inserted in the endorsement box:

Note:
Under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004, the right to assistance applies only in the event of the actual cancellation of the flight.
