Main changes:
- A new field has been added to collect a telephone contact number for situations where coordination is required due to operational irregularities.
- A new field has been introduced to validate the applicability of the declared medical fitness according to the itinerary, allowing the attending physician to indicate whether it applies only to the outbound flight or to the entire journey (outbound and return). If it applies to the entire journey, copies of the INCAD will be accepted for the return flight.
All INCAD forms already accepted remain valid. However, all new requests must be submitted using the new version of the form.
