New Service: Change of Seat Assigned During Check-in

Dear Travel Agent, We inform you that, for flights departing on or after September 22, passengers traveling on fares that do not include complimentary seat selection will be required to purchase the corresponding service whenever they wish to change their assigned seat.

In this regard, please note the following:

• During check-in, completed within the 48 hours before departure, a seat will always be assigned automatically to the passenger at no additional cost;
• Any change to the automatically assigned seat will be subject to the applicable seat selection fee.
