Flight Changes
Passengers may change their travel dates to flights departing between September 29 and October 11, 2026 (inclusive), without penalty fees or fare differences, subject to availability in the same cabin. All eligible reissues must include the following endorsement: Public Service Strike | 2 OCT 2026

Ticket Reissues
As an exceptional measure, SATA authorizes agents to reissue tickets under involuntary procedures, provided that the following text is added to the Endorsement Box:
• Public Service Strike | 2 OCT 2026

Note 1: Failure to include the above endorsement may result in an ADM.
Note 2: When the fare requires the passenger's ID/Citizen Card number and Tax Identification Number (TIN) to be entered, this information must not be removed or replaced. Please add only the endorsement above while retaining all existing passenger information.

Involuntary Refunds
Not permitted.

Additional Information
Voluntary travel changes requested by the passenger, where the originally booked flight has not been cancelled by the airline, do not entitle the passenger to assistance or compensation under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. Entitlement to assistance applies only in the event of an actual flight cancellation.

Please ensure that passengers' contact details (telephone number and email address) are up to date and correctly recorded in the booking to facilitate timely and effective communication in the event of operational disruptions.
